About Face International offers enterprising and visionary efforts in developing corporate partnerships and sponsorships by combining charity and philanthropy.We believe that the only way to create global change through social entrepreneurship is to create a global community of individuals, businesses, and social entrepreneurs.

By becoming a partner, you will become an active member of our community for change. Studies have shown that volunteerism is an important leadership development tool for corporations. The same studies report that employees will volunteer to improve their skill set in addition to feeling better about themselves for helping to make a difference.

Employees also value their company’s philanthropic initiatives more when they can be directly involved in such efforts. Being included in a company’s philanthropy allows employees to form a deeper connection with their employer and co-workers. Companies who have created such programs have noticed increases in employee retention, overall morale, and quality of work.

Before becoming a partner, About Face International will work with a representative of your company to discuss what kind of partnership will be most beneficial for your company. Thusly, all of our partnerships are created uniquely for your company and company’s employees. We will work with your human resource departments of designated team lead to create a philanthropic program to serve as a leadership development tool for your company. We will develop an agreed upon matrix of skills needed to be successful at your company and demonstrate how employees can acquire such skills through our philanthropic opportunities. We will communicate with your employees to help them understand how they can develop new skills and create positive change in the community as a result of your company’s philanthropic initiatives. We will develop plans for field office volunteer committees, including goals, leadership development, and communication. And, we will enhance employer to employee relations through team building and common purpose.
